Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 988wan ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://988wan.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any feature available on 988wan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, method of access, or type of device used. The Terms are effective from the date of your registration or, if earlier, from the date you first access the Platform in any capacity.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 988wan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 988wan enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify age compliance at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close associate of 988wan or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing 988wan account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time.

988wan reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for the refusal. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to subsequently verify eligibility and, where necessary, suspend or close an account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete the Company's Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

Account Management

Each registered player is allocated a single unified account on the 988wan Platform. This account provides access to all Platform features — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and any other products offered — under a single PKR-denominated wallet balance.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account authentication credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered name, date of birth, address, and payment method information, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account upon completion of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 988wan customer support immediately via live chat. 988wan will not be held liable for any losses, including financial losses or loss of game progress, arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

988wan reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, where eligibility requirements are not met, or where these Terms are found to have been breached. In such cases, pending bets may be voided, bonus balances will be forfeited, and withdrawable real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

988wan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• All deposits are credited to your 988wan wallet in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable to your chosen payment method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt and credited accordingly.
• 988wan does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 988wan reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where a deposit was made.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible.
• 988wan targets a withdrawal processing time of 24 to 72 hours from the time of approval. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing.
• 988wan reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeline. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

988wan offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is governed by specific terms applicable to that promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the 988wan Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether through a single account or multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds are subject to expiry as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

988wan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 988wan Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or market in question. General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products are as follows:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Acceptance of a bet constitutes a binding agreement between the player and 988wan.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• In the event of a technical error, systems failure, or human error resulting in the incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, 988wan reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 competitions — are governed by the specific settlement rules displayed for each market. In-play bets are subject to the prevailing live odds at the time of placement and are not reversible once confirmed.
• All casino game outcomes, including slot results, live dealer game outcomes, and outcomes in titles such as Mines and Midas Fortune, are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. 988wan does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
• Minimum and maximum bet and wager limits apply to all products and are displayed within the respective product interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988wan Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of games, betting markets, or poker hands in a manner that provides an unfair advantage to any party.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using 988wan bonuses or odds in conjunction with other operators or betting exchanges to guarantee a risk-free return in a manner that exploits promotional structures.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that were genuinely made by the account holder and used to fund legitimate play.
• Money Laundering: Using the 988wan Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 988wan maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to use the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, or assisting an underage individual in accessing the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 988wan Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trademarks, service marks, and all other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of 988wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

988wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 988wan will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, a notification within the Platform interface, or both.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming jurisdiction under which 988wan is licensed and regulated.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 988wan, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
